What’s on this Autumn


The three big classes at Avondale Church will run until Wednesday the 20th of December.

There is no holidays planned with the exception of the October School Week and Monday the 23rd of October.


🍁Mondays 7.30pm Mat Pilates Avendale Church (This is a busy class so be quick to book)

🍁Tuesdays 10.30am Seated/Standing Pilates

🍁Wednesdays 10am Mat based Pilates Avendale Church


@Strathaven Rural Centre I will running small group sessions/workshops and 1-1s.


🍁Saturdays 10am yoga club (currently full but happy to take names for a 2nd class)

🍁4 Week Mobility Course starting on Thursday the 26th of October at 12.30

🍁6 Week Yoga for Joint Pain course starting on Friday the 27th of October at 11am.


✨ Mat Pilates Workshops to improve breathing. This is an innovative Mat based workshop designed for those that need help to improve their posture and their breathing. Ideal for existing clients who wish to work on their breathing technique.


Dates/Times - Wednesday the 25th of October 6-8pm

Saturday the 11th of November 10-12 Noon


1-1 Sessions - Are available in 1 off sessions, or as packages of 6 and 10.


FREE - 30 Day Return to Fitness Programme over on my facebook group - The Movement Sanctuary Starts Sunday the 1st of October
