Group Pilates Classes in Strathaven
All larger group Pilates classes are held at Avendale Church on Kirk Street, Strathaven.
Parking is available behind the church on Station Road in a small car park through the church gates. Alternatively you can park on Station Road or in the long stay car park also on Station road.
Smaller group classes are held at Strathaven Rural Centre. Again there is parking available, a country shop and cafe onsite.
For your class you will need loose comfortable clothes. Layers are useful. For mat classes you will need a yoga mat although I have many spare and a drink.
Prior to attending you will be sent a health questionnaire to complete.
From the 1st of Feb 2024 Classes are £12 to drop in or you can buy a 6 class pass for £60 which you can use over a 12 week period.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place, where you will either be refunded or given
a class pass back.
All class members will get an invite to join my online studio and 10% discount on 1-1s and
workshops.

This is a mixed ability Mat Pilates class suitable for male and female clients.

This is a gentle beginners class to improve mobility and flexibility, can be mat or seated.
