5 week block of BrainFit sessions on a Wednesday evening at my little studio at the rural centre starting on Wednesday the 1st of May


The Brainfit workout is a stress reducing positivity workout utilising movement, music and meditation with powerful affirmations.


The Brainfit Workout is for you if;


🧘‍♂️You battle negative self talk.

🧘‍♂️You are suffering from physcological stress or physical stress.

🧘‍♂️Need to lower the fat storing and stress hormone Cortisol.

🧘‍♂️Want a softer approach to fitness.
