As we reach mid-life we sometimes feel that our body starts to slow us down. Joints and muscle stiffness can prevent us from moving easily, and things that we used to do everyday without thinking, are starting to become more of an effort.
I believe that everybody is capable of regaining their suppleness, and finding the freedom to able to move easily again with regular Pilates.
