Nothing in your body works in isolation. The body works as a system where every function is connected with and nutrition play a large role in how you feel on the inside and how you look on the outside. Healthy living is about making the right choices every day. Having more vitality and balance can start with making a few small changes in your daily routine. Over time these develop into healthier habits. 

 

We must never forget to focus on the whole body and instead should prioritise physical activity, getting quality sleep, managing stress and supporting our gut health and eating well.

That is why my 1-1 signature programme Wellness Rediscovered is built on five key pillars for health to help us feel more confident and happy in our bodies These 5 pillars are;

5. Stress Management 

Who is this programme for? 

Women who want to feel well in themselves. Perhaps you have underwent a period of stress, you are recovering from an illness, you want to improve your mobility and or reduce those aches and pains so that you can enjoy time with grandchildren, keep up with the children, enjoy those activities that you once did.

 

Then my 1-1 signature programme is for you. Your 1-1 exercise programme will be designed specifically for your needs to allow you to do the things that you want to do. 

Post- Natal Rebalance Programme 

For Post- Natal ladies finding it confusing and frustrating trying to navigate your way through the Post Natal period,

 

We will work on creating a strong and connected core again. 

We will work on that pelvic floor. So you wont need to worry about joining the kiddies on the trampoline.

We will work on creating stability so you can do HIIT sessions, Running, Bootcamp challenges and Weight lifting once again reducing the risk of injury. 

We will work on any back pain that may be slowing you down.

1-1 Sessions can be done at your own home if local to me or via Zoom.
