The Summer programme is 20 minute of discussion and 40 minutes of Exercise

Exercise - Yoga for better sleep

Week 3

Talk - Understanding The best exercises to do and how to stay motivated to exercise during the menopause, Quick fitness tips and healthy lifestyle

Exercise - Pilates to build strength

Week 4 Talk

Talk - Food Behaviours, Creating lasting Change, Eating for energy and vitality.

Workout - Anxiety and stress relief, yoga to bring back balance

Week 5 Talk Tools to manage Stress

Workout - Mindful movement, breathwork and Yoga Nidra

Week 6 - Recap of week 1-5, goal setting and what next

Workout - Pilates to improve balance, strath and mobility.

*Join live on ZOOM and get access to the recordings to replay.

*Includes my 100 Healthy Recipes, Find your Motivation workbook, Gut health work book and many more resources.

* Extra home workouts to do via a private Facebook Group
