Nothing in your body works in isolation. Having more vitality and balance can start with making a few small changes in your daily routine. Focusing on the whole body making sure we prioritise physical activity, getting quality sleep, managing stress and supporting our gut health.
Over time small daily actions develop into healthier habits.
That is why my 6 week programme is designed to help you create healthy habits while trying the benefits of yoga, pilates, breathwork and relaxation techniques.
Each week includes a 90 Minute Class. With a different theme each week that we will have a conversation around. We will then spend some time moving. Beginners to pilates and yoga are very welcome.
At the end of the course you will also receive a 6 class pass for any of my weekly classes.
