6 week class passes can be purchased for £60, these are valid for a 12 week period or you can drop in for £12. Please note all classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy, whereby a class pass will be given back.


I have condensed my 6 week wellness rediscovered programme into a 3 hour master class  !

What we will cover;

📝An initial audit of where we are with our wellbeing.

🥙10 common sense nutritional tips. Eating for energy, vitality and gut health.

💤How to Improve Sleep followed by a sleepy guided meditation.

🏃‍♂️How to stay motivated to exercise, barriers and how we can overcome these.

🧎‍♂️Tools to manage stress, such as meditation, breathing and grounding techniques to create calm.

🧘Taster of Yoga to manage stress and anxiety to bring back the balance.

🤸🏼Taster of Pilates for building strength and to improve bone health.

📝To finish we will work on our goals and an action plan.

Teas/Coffees and light lunch will be provided for the masterclass.

All participants will be emailed resources such as my 100 healthy recipes, motivation guide, sleep audit and will receive a free class pass for any of my weekly classes.
