Pilates for men !

If its easy its probably not Pilates, I’m sure most of my classes would tell you 🤷‍♀️


A huge misconception about Pilates is that its just a load of stretching 🤔, I hear that a lot from people who don't do it 🤣 or that its the same as Yoga. (I am teach both and I can assure you they are not the same).


Pilates concentrates on strengthening the whole body with a focus on core strength whilst improving posture & alignment.


There isn't an inch of the body that Pilates doesn't work and you'll discover muscles you never knew you had 💪.


My classes are also incredibly relaxing, we spend a lot of time breathing with some short meditations thrown in.


So if you need to feel better, move better, destress and relax then my class is for you.


Classes are £10 to drop in or there is a 6 class pass option for £48
