Lift Lean Vs Pilates 3 Month Programme with Nutrition to Support Physical Activity




We kick off on Friday the 27th of September with our welcome, prep and goal setting !


Phase 1 begins 1st October

Phase 2 begins 1st of November

Phase 3 begins 1st of December


Each month getting stronger, more flexible, more resilient and ending in 2024 in a super place mentally and physically.


This is a body strength and weights based online programme that will be ran via a Private Facebook Group and Zoom.


Strength training is a must for all women over 30!

You will need at home;


A place to work out,

An exercise mat

A few dumbbells

A few kettlebells

For phase 3 a barbell is optional

(Don’t go to crazy on the weights start light)

You will receive a free set of resistance bands from me as a present !

Monday - Motivation

Tuesday - Pre recorded Pilates Class

Wednesday - 7pm 30 Minute Live Lift Lean Class (Time will increase with each phase)

Thursday - Pre-recorded Nutritional Video

Friday - Pre recorded Relaxation Activity

Saturday - 10am 30 Minute Live Lift Lean Class (Time will increase with each phase)

All client’s will be sent a health questionnaire and consent form prior to starting.

Places are non-refundable, on ending the programme material will be transferred to my app where you will have access for 12 months after the programme ends.


Places will be limited to ensure that I am available to answer everyone’s questions.


The 3 month course is £360 with an early bird fee of £320 if purchased before midnight on the 7th of September!
