1-1 Pilates Sessions are a valuable way for you to explore the way your body moves…and the ways it doesn’t like to move so much.
As I get to know more about your movement patterns, I can discover the very best exercises to challenge you and get real results for you.
SO WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT WHEN BOOKING YOUR FIRST 1:1 SESSION?
We will go online via zoom.
You will tell me about your story and the goals you’d like to achieve through these sessions.
Next, you will be asked some relevant questions;
• Are you experiencing some persistent pain?
• Are you finding certain movements challenging or difficult?
• Would you like to increase flexibility or strength in certain areas of your body?
• Are you recovering from an injury or illness or surgery?
• Do you okay a sport and could you use Pilates to help keep you at your peak performance?
From my experience, working closely with someone during a 1:1 session can take you down a rabbit hole of strange and interesting discoveries!
